As a parent myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to plan a party! Here are some questions I am frequently asked. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please do get in touch!
What areas do you cover?
I cover areas within Hampshire Berkshire and Surrey. Any locations further than 10miles from RG27 9, will incur mileage charges of 50p per extra mile
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, to secure your booking in the diary, you will need to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the party date
Do you arrive early to set up?
Yes I will arrive 10-15 mins ahead of your booking time to set up my party equipment. I will arrive fully in character, so set up can be done with party guests already present
Can we have a bouncy castle running whilst you entertain the children?
Whilst bouncy castles and inflatables are very fun, they are very noisy and can make it difficult for party entertainers to be heard. For full entertainment value,I would strongly recommend deflating your bouncy castle whilst I'm running games and activities, and re-inflating at a more suitable time during the party
When is the best time for me to serve food at my party?
In 60 & 90 minute packages, for full entertainment value, I would recommend serving your party food after my booking time. In a 2 hour party package, children will need a refreshment break to re-focus and engage in the activities, so I would recommend serving your party food roughly halfway through, and I will do the face glitter and glitter tattoos during this time!
How many children do your party packages cater for?
I can manage groups of up to 30 children
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes I have full public liability insurance
If I need to cancel my party, are you able to reschedule?
If you need to cancel your booking due to the birthday child being unwell, I will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. This will depend on availability. In the event that a suitable date can not be agreed, you will receive a refund.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable
Is it possible to host joint parties with multiple birthday children?
Yes of course! For additional birthday children, there will be a small charge of £5 to cover the cost of a tiara, certificate, and birthday gift
What games do you play?
Party games will be themed around your chosen character and be age appropriate for the group. They include Musical statues, parachute games, limbo, dancing games, and for smaller groups (15 or less)- pass the parcel
What does the birthday child receive?
They will receive a certificate, princess tiara, and a small birthday gift.
All party guests will receive a small sweetie prize, and there will be a winner's prize for one of the party games
What songs do you sing?
Upon enquiring you will receive a list of live song choices for your party. These include popular character/princess songs. If you have a specific song request, please do let me know. If it is unable to work as a live singing performance, it can be added to your party music playlist
Can I add glitter tattoos to any party package?
Glitter tattoos are only included in the 2 hour party package, as they can take up to 2 minutes per child. It is recommended in 2 hour parties, that you serve party food during this time, to avoid children waiting too long for a tattoo. For groups of 25-30, I would recommend having face glitter only, which is quicker, allowing more time for party games/songs and disco fun
Do you provide music & sound equipment?
Yes, I provide a music speaker and microphone, plus a party music playlist for the duration of your booking. For 90min & 2 hour packages, I provide a small disco light setup
Do you offer face painting?
No, I don't offer face painting, but for 90 min & 2 hour packages, I offer face glitter for all the party guests, plus a decorative face gem for the birthday child
