Terms and Conditions

Your booking is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received (all details are provided via email after your enquiry) Your remaining balance must be paid 7 days in advance of your party date. Failure to pay may result in your booking having to be cancelled 

You will need to provide a venue that has a power source for my sound and party equipment. As a small business, it is not a legal requirement for my equipment to be PAT tested, but all electrical equipment is regularly tested
All of my party packages are for a maximum of 30 children. This is so every child can be included and the activities run smoothly. Every child will receive a small packet of sweets. If you have any party guests with specific dietary requirements and require alternative sweets, these will need to be provided by you
If adding the snow machine to your party booking, there will be an additional charge of £10. It will be used at the end of the party, and can be used indoors/outdoors. Please note that after use, there may be a foam residue on the floor, which may create a slip hazard on some surfaces
Deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. In the unlikely event of me needing to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund (deposit included)
If hosting your party outdoors,
there must be a shaded area in warm/sunny weather, and shelter in rain/wind.
This is for safety of electrical equipment, and for mine and the children's comfort
There must be a responsible adult present at all times, as I am insured as your entertainer and not a childcare provider. I have public liability insurance, and a DBS certificate 
In 90 min and 2 hour packages, a small disco light set up is included. These are most effective in a room that can be made completely dark, without any skylights 
Bookings outside the 10 mile radius of RG27-9 will incur mileage costs- (a 20 mile round trip is included in your package price, and any extra miles are charged at 50p per mile)
If your party venue does not have free accessible parking, any parking charges will need to be added to your final balance
I will arrive at your booking fully in character, in wig and costume, with large and heavy equipment to carry, so accessible parking is essential. If parking is a walking distance away, I will require assistance
Face glitter and glitter tattoos are suitable for those aged 3 and upwards. Glitter tattoos can only be applied to the hand or arm
Whilst bouncy castles and other party additions can be lots of fun, they can be a distraction from your main entertainment. I would highly recommend deflating any bouncy castles for the duration of my booking time,
